CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
For health and hygiene reasons no jewellery can be accepted for a refund if you change your mind unless it is returned to us in the original unopened packaging. We are currently looking for a way to make our body jewellery returnable but at the moment they are not. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.


WARRANTY
If your item is faulty then we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. All items are checked before leaving, but occasionally mistakes occur. All items carry a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please note the following guidelines:
1. Items are covered only for manufacturer�s defects.
2. Items are covered expressly for 6 months following purchase.
3. The warranty only covers items failing under normal use and does not include damage due to negligence, normal wear and tear or actions outside the realm of normal use.
4. Please contact us if you wish to return an item, as items returned without prior notification will be returned at your expense.
5. Purely Piercings will make every effort to repair or replace the item but since stocks are frequently limited we reserve the right to issue a refund and will not be held liable if the item is no longer stocked by us. Choice of repair, replacement or refund is at the sole discretion of Purely Piercings.

INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to have the correct item sent out. Please do not open the incorrect item as this will need to be returned to us in its original state. Continue
