Can I make a phone order?
Certainly. Calling times are between 12pm and 6pm. aqPlease call us on 0800 PURELY (787359). Alternatively you can email us with your number and we will call you back.
Can I still order if I don't have a credit card?
Definitely. You can pay by direct debit. Please note that this will take a couple of days to go through so your order will not be sent straight away.
I live internationally, can I make an order?
At the moment we are not sending wholesale orders overseas but please email us your country and we will get in contact when we are sending there.
What if the items I order are out of stock?
PurelyPiercings operates as both a retail and wholesale outlet therefore our stock levels range dramatically from
day to day. When you place a wholesale order the site will let you know what part is in stock and which is or backorder. Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours while back order items will be ordered immediately. Back order items usually take two weeks to a month to arrive and will be sent out as soon as they land, there is NO extra charge for back order items.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $3.85 via courier. Items are trackable and sent via Fastway Couriers, delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days depending on location.
How long will it take for my order to be sent off?
Your order will be sent off within 48 hours (2 business days), unless you have items on back order which will be sent off at a later date.
Returns Policy?
For the time being, items (unless faulty) cannot be returned, for health reasons. For items that are returned if they are faulty, a store credit will be issued. Please contact us before sending your body jewellery back.
Minimum Orders
To qualify for wholesale pricing all orders must be over $100 in value or $50 if a registered company.

PurelyPiercings is proud to offer quantity discounts in addition to our already rock bottom prices. Simply spend the amount below and the system will automatically adjust the price. Note, if the reduced price falls below the required amount the price will revert to normal. Simply put enough in your cart so that the discounted amount will be over the threshold to take advantage of the discount.

$200 or more take 10% off
$250 or more take 15% off
$350 or more take 20% off

Other information of interest
All items come in clear, individual bags with their item code written on the front to make it easy to identify the products.
We can also offer you extra resealable plastic bags and velvet drawstring bags to purchase seperately.
Please enquire about more colours and styles you like as we are sure to be able to get them in for you.
We will continue to stock up and get new styles and colours of items in weekly, so ordering can be quick and easy.
Can I use the photos and descriptions from your website?
Our photos and descriptions may NOT be copied for personal or business use. They are strictly copyrighted and therefor may not be used for your website or on Trade Me etc.
