Ultra comfortable bioplast threadless gem insert nose screw. This piece is unique in that it does not use threads, but rather a snap fit design to easily insert and remove the end. This can be changed out without having to remove the actual nostril screw. The modern bioflex material is very soft and flexible. The jewel is pressure fitted (not glued in).

Not too bad but it's too thick for me so i can't fit it on my nose. That's okay, it's difficult to predict the thickness for individual anyway. I'll think of a way to use it. :-)
