Sizing is correct and is exactly as advertised It was perfect for my stretched septum

these are great because no sharp flares but beware - black o rings can cause some gross smells when interacting with skin.

After ordering this it occurred to me the o-rings might not come with them, but they did! They're classy and simple, and look very pretty and different with clear or white o-rings.
