Impossible to get into my nose

I have a lot of trouble getting screws into my nose piercing - even bioflex ones. Take the gem insert out and this one can thread straight through from the inside (I used a sterilised needle as a guide) instead of having to work round a curve, and now that it's in I can just change the gem insert. Love it!

good nose screw , nice looking and fast delivery but unfortunately i couldn't get it to fit into my piercing hole! :(

Not too bad but it's too thick for me so I can't fit it on my nose. That's okay, it's difficult to predict the thickness for individual anyway. I'll think of a way to use it. :-)
