True to size. I am a 20mm gauge and purchased the 19mm pair as i did not want to alter my size. My ears happily go between these and my work gauges. Great quality. Very comfortable to wear.

Super fast delivery as normal. The silicone tunnels are great, I like how they are so flush unlike other tunnels that are bulky and heavy. So comfortable!
